We maintain close communication with our clients to provide technical services, and we have established a comprehensive system,
particularly for after-sales services such as repairs and sharpening.
From our own bases in Eastern and Western Japan, we provide prompt and flexible after-sales service directly to customers nationwide.
To ensure long-lasting use, we strive for even sharper performance.
In addition to repair and sharpening services, we also welcome consultations regarding
changes in shearing conditions or trials with new materials.
For surface treatments and shear blades, we have extensive experience in processes such as
stress relief heat treatment and re-tempering to adjust hardness in response to defects.
